Appointment Info

Office visits are by appointment only upon request by a referring physician. New patient consultation appointments are scheduled for 30-45 minutes and established patient appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes. If you anticipate your problem will require more time than this, or if you have multiple problems that may require a longer visit, informing the scheduling staff ahead of time will enable us to better serve your needs and decrease waiting time for yourself and other patients.

Hours of Operation

For your convenience, our main office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our satellite offices are open each Tuesday of the week and staffed with a provider who performs office visits as well as endoscopic procedures at either Spruce Pine Hospital or McDowell Hospital.
