Angela M. Meyer, MD

Bio
Dr. Meyer has recently relocated to Asheville to join AGA. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona. She worked as a chemical engineer for a number of years prior to returning to Arizona to attend medical school. She completed her medical degree at the University of Arizona and then moved to North Carolina to complete her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. After completion of her residency, she completed her fellowship in gastroenterology at Duke University Medical Center. At AGA, she will practice general gastroenterology, with a special focus on inflammatory bowel disease.
