Dr. Garrett joined Asheville Gastroenterology Associates in 1990. He is a graduate of Cornell University Medical College in New York, New York, and completed both his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
